Bunking off work to check out Alton Towers Oktoberfest 2020
Since Alton Towers announced their Oktoberfest event, I was keen to check it out. The diary suggested this might not be possible, so, I decided to sack off work for the day and drive to Alton Towers Resort to see what the Oktoberfest event had to offer!
With it being a weekday, I was expecting it to be quiet.. It REALLY was.
Join me as I do a fair chunk of the rides, and have a little look around the Oktoberfest area. Sadly, because I was driving home the same day, I couldn't enjoy the FULL range of beers on offer, but I made sure I picked up a souvenir Stein so I could cheer Oktoberfest from home!
Oktoberfest is running every day until October 4th - if you can get down there, I'd recommend it - especially during the week - it's super quiet!
